Become a LighthouseREO Broker
Register here to become a LighthouseREO broker. Since we no longer offer the Standard Membership for Brokers there are two levels of registration available - Premier and Power Broker.
As a Premier Broker you will have access to multiple zip codes to receive Broker Price Opinions and assignments* as they are available in your specified area. You will also have access to all vendor platforms, vendor/contractor contact lists and registration level. Premium membership allows you the ability to receive bpo orders, get asset assignments, list your properties, update information, submit valuations and perform tasks necessary to efficiently manage your properties. The cost to become a Premier Broker is $250 per year.
As a Power Broker, you are experienced with a minimum of 3 years REO sales and you are established with a team in place to manage all aspects of REO sales and property management. This level of broker has resources in place to handle medium to large volume of assets and focuses on service levels, property condition, timeliness and accuracy. Being a Power Broker is a committment and score is highly critical. In addition to the features associated with the Premier Broker, the Power Broker will have top listing to asset managers with the Power Broker logo, Power Broker Certification (upon successful training completion) and unlimited coverage areas*. The cost to become a Power Broker is $995 per year.
* Coverage areas are not limited but it is recommended that you don't exceed your capabilities since a drop in service levels will result in lower scores and fewer assignments. Also, remember that acceptance into our system is not a guarantee of assignments. These are given out based on availability and coverage in your specific area. |
